All our chairs are guaranteed for two years from date of purchase. Should anything happen to your chair within that time period, we will swap any part free of charge or swap the whole chair in the case that we are not able to repair it. Please keep your invoice for your records as it acts as the guarantee. Should anything happen to your chair outside of this time period, we can swap any part for a small fee. (Cost depends on the part).
Most of our furniture will be guaranteed for 5 years from date of purchase. Just as above, should anything happen to your furniture within that time period, we will swap any parts free of charge or swap the whole piece of furniture in the case that we are not able to repair it. Should anything happen to your furniture outside of this time period, we can repair the furniture for a small fee (should the furniture be repairable).
We offer aftersales help for all our shredders, comb binders and other office machinery. If there is a factory fault with the product, let us know and we’ll sort the problem out for you.
